عَرَّضتُ بِوَصلِها فَطاشَت طَيشا
أَيthat is كُنتَyou had تَحرَّشتَyou flirted بِغَيريwith someone other than me جَمشاcaressing
أَي كُنتَ تَحرَّشتَ بِغَيري جَمشا
I hinted at union with her, and she flew into a frenzy.
I offered her my affection, so she went wild

مَحواًto erase لِخَيالthe image of غَيرِهاsomeone other than her عَنfrom بَصَريmy sight
مَحواً لِخَيال غَيرِها عَن بَصَري
وَكَّلتُI entrusted بِهاwith her الدَمعthe tears أُزيلُI erase النَقشاthe imprint
وَكَّلتُ بِها الدَمع أُزيلُ النَقشا
To erase another woman's image from my sight,
