بالرَّوضِin the garden لِخَطرَةِfor a waft of الصَباthe east wind إِلمامُa brief visit
بالرَّوضِ لِخَطرَةِ الصَبا إِلمامُ
مُذsince عادَreturned إِلىto اِعتِدالِهاtheir mildness الأَيّامُthe days
مُذ عادَ إِلى اِعتِدالِها الأَيّامُ
A waft of the east wind pays the garden a brief visit,
Since the days have returned to their mildness.
جَدِّدrenew بملاقاتكby meeting you عَهديmy bond واِعجلand make haste
جَدِّد بملاقاتك عَهدي واِعجل
إِذfor جَدَّدrenewed عَهدَهits bond لديكwith you العامُthe year
إِذ جَدَّد عَهدَه لديك العامُ
Renew our bond by meeting me, and make haste,
For the year has renewed its bond with you.
