مِمَّ اِضطرب اليَومَ فؤادُ البَرقِ
Of whom did the east wind tell the tale of longing?
What made the heart of lightning tremble today?
لِمwhy رَجَّعتِrepeated الحَنينَthe cry of longing ذاتthe one with الطَوقِthe neck-ring
لِم رَجَّعتِ الحَنينَ ذات الطَوقِ
