أَنفاسُكِ عيسَويَّةٌ يا ريحُ
ماwhatever شِئتِyou wish بِهاwith them لِمُهجَتيfor my heart تَرويحُrelief
ما شِئتِ بِها لِمُهجَتي تَرويحُ
Your breaths are like Jesus's, O wind.
Your breaths are of Jesus, O wind
Whatever you wish to do with them brings relief to my heart.
Whatever you will with them to refresh my mind
رَشَّحتِyou prepared لِأَسرارِfor the secrets of هَواهاher love روحيmy soul
رَشَّحتِ لِأَسرارِ هَواها روحي
لِلروحfor the soul كَذاthus فَليَكنِso let it be التَرشيحُthe preparation
لِلروح كَذا فَليَكنِ التَرشيحُ
You have prepared my soul for the secrets of her love.
My soul has yearned for the secrets of its love
So let the soul's preparation be thus.
