ما أَطيَبَ لَو أُديرَتِ الأَقداحُ
A rose says joyfully to the drinkers:
A rose relaxes, saying, “Let’s drink.”
How delightful it would be if the cups were passed around!
How pleasant it would be if cups circulated.

I was given nothing of it but color and fragrance;
I've been given only color and fragrance.
Here is my goblet, empty—so where is the wine?
If my cup is empty, then where is the pleasure?
