Welcome to this praiseworthy, most auspicious day!
Welcome, oh happy and blessed day!
Its gladness spread, so my delight increased.
Joy has come to increase my delight-
سرwas gladdened الملاthe people واللّهand by God لماwhen أرخواthey recorded the date
سر الملا واللّه لما أرخوا
ملكَassumed الوزارةthe ministry كاملٌKamil بسرورwith joy
ملكَ الوزارة كاملٌ بسرور
The people were gladdened, by God, when they recorded the date:
Good news! The council appointed, praise God,
Kamil assumed the ministry with joy.
