1. لسانك عن جَنانك تَرجُمانٌ

    ويُعرِبُ نحوَ لَفظِك عن جَنانِك

    Your tongue is an interpreter for your heart.

    And the form of your speech reveals your heart.

  2. فزِن لفظاً وحرِّرهُ بفعلٍ

    يزينُ فيُحظِيانِكَ في جَنانِك

    So weigh an utterance and refine it with a deed

    that adorns it; then both will bring you bliss in your gardens of Paradise.

  3. فان يَكُنِ الكَلامُ بلا انتِظامٍ

    يَدُلُّ على انذِهالك او جنانِك

    For if speech is without order,

    it points to your bewilderment or your madness.
