Of what, O youth,

Of what substance, O youth

is the Ark of God’s covenant made, in truth?

Is God's covenant box well-built?

فَهوَ المضاهي قولَنا

فَهوَ المضاهي قولَنا

ما مثلُ أُنظُر من نَصَح

ما مثلُ أُنظُر من نَصَح

For it is akin to our saying:

It is matching our word;

“What is like—look!—one who gave counsel?”

None other excels, look well he who counsels.
