إنما الصَحَّةُ خيرٌ وافرٌ

إنما الصَحَّةُ خيرٌ وافرٌ

ليسَ يدريهِ سِوَى مَن فَقَدَه

ليسَ يدريهِ سِوَى مَن فَقَدَه

Health is indeed an abundant blessing;

none knows it but one who has lost it.

فاحمَدِ اللَه إذا اصبحتَ في

فاحمَدِ اللَه إذا اصبحتَ في

صِحَّةٍ واستجدِ منهُ مَدَدَه

صِحَّةٍ واستجدِ منهُ مَدَدَه

So praise God when you awaken in

good health, and ask Him for His aid.
