Maryam has indeed departed from Awda’s house,
Miriam has departed from her house, never to return,
with no return one could ever hope to attain.
Without hope that she will come back again.
فمِنso from بيتِthe house of إبراهيمَAbraham أرَّختُI recorded the date عاجِلاًpromptly

So from Abraham’s house—I promptly recorded the date—
So from Abraham's house I quickly record,
to Abraham’s bosom her passage sped.
Her transfer to the bosom of Abraham, her ancestor.
