يا حُسنَ حَمَّامٍ سَمَا بنقائهِ

يا حُسنَ حَمَّامٍ سَمَا بنقائهِ

وهوائِهِ وبطيبِهِ وطُيُوبهِ

وهوائِهِ وبطيبِهِ وطُيُوبهِ

How lovely a bathhouse, exalted by its purity,

And by its air, its pleasantness, and its perfumes!

فيهِ سليمُ القلبِ يدعُو ربَّهُ

فيهِ سليمُ القلبِ يدعُو ربَّهُ

ويرومُ بالتاريخِ غَسْلَ ذُنوبِهِ

ويرومُ بالتاريخِ غَسْلَ ذُنوبِهِ

In it, one pure of heart calls upon his Lord,

And seeks, through the chronogram, the washing away of his sins.
