وَجَبَتْbecame obligatory زيارةُa visit تُربةٍa grave مبرورةٍblessed
وَجَبَتْ زيارةُ تُربةٍ مبرورةٍ
فيwithin طَيِّهاits folds شخصُthe embodiment الكَرامةِof honor بائتُlying at rest
في طَيِّها شخصُ الكَرامةِ بائتُ
A visit to a blessed grave is due;
A visit was due to a blessed tomb
within its folds the embodiment of honor lies at rest.
In it lies a person of utmost nobility
قدindeed أثبَتَaffirmed التَّاريخُthe chronogram فيهاin it أنَّهُthat he
قد أثبَتَ التَّاريخُ فيها أنَّهُ
فيin منزلِthe abode الأبرارِof the righteous يوسُفُYusuf ثابِتُfirmly settled
في منزلِ الأبرارِ يوسُفُ ثابِتُ
The chronogram there has affirmed that
History has proven here that
Yusuf is firmly settled in the abode of the righteous.
Joseph resides steadfastly in the abode of the righteous
