Who, then, will tell the young men of my people

that arrows have rained upon every plume,
that the arrows have been fletched with every kind of feather,

that God has put, in place of Saʿīd,
that God has given, in place of Saʿīd,
a Saʿīd—not the effeminate one of Quraysh?
