بِعاري النَواهِقِ صَلتِ الجَبينِ
يَستَنَّgambols كَالتَيسِlike a billy goat فيamong الحُلَّبِthe ḥullab plants
يَستَنَّ كَالتَيسِ في الحُلَّبِ
On one with bare cheekbones and a smooth brow,
With my noble stature I bow down
Gamboling like a billy goat among the ḥullab plants.
As graceful as a he-goat amid ruins
