If I drink wine, unmixed and pleasantly enjoyed,
When I drink the wine, pure and gratifying,
we drink that whose like the grapevine has drunk.
We have drunk of a draught like that which the vine imbibes;

Ah, how fine are people whose drinking companions are spears!
How splendid a folk whose drinking companions are spears,
They give them drink to satiety, and resolve is their cupbearer.
Quenched fully by the cup, while their cupbearer is Resolve.
