وكنand be مثلlike طعمtaste الماءthe water عذباًsweet مبرداًcooling
وكن مثل طعم الماء عذباً مبرداً
علىupon الكبدthe liver الحريparched لكلfor every صديقfriend
على الكبد الحري لكل صديق
And be like the taste of water, sweet and cooling,
And be like the flavor of water, sweet and cool,
upon the parched liver of every friend.
