فَإِنso if يَكُthere are أَقوامٌsome people أَساءَواthey did wrong فَأَحسَنواthen they did good
فَإِن يَكُ أَقوامٌ أَساءَوا فَأَحسَنوا
إِلَيَّto me فَإِنّيthen indeed I بِالجَزاءِwith recompense لِراصِدِsurely watchful
إِلَيَّ فَإِنّي بِالجَزاءِ لِراصِدِ
So if some people have done wrong and then shown kindness
If there are people who have wronged me but then did good to me,
To me, I am surely watchful to repay them.
I am waiting to repay them with kindness.
