أَقبَلنَ في رَأدِ الضَحاءِ بِها
يَستُرنَthey (feminine) veil وَجهَthe face of الشَمسِthe sun بِالشَمسِwith the sun
يَستُرنَ وَجهَ الشَمسِ بِالشَمسِ
They came with her at the height of forenoon,
They came with it in the early forenoon,
veiling the face of the sun with the sun.
