إنّ اللّيالِي في الْمَخَادِرِ قَدْ غَدَتْ

إنّ اللّيالِي في الْمَخَادِرِ قَدْ غَدَتْ

عِنْدِي عَلَى جِيدِ الزَّمانِ لآلِيا

عِنْدِي عَلَى جِيدِ الزَّمانِ لآلِيا

Indeed, the nights in secluded chambers have become

The nights in seclusion have become

In my eyes, pearls upon the neck of time.

For me, on the cheek of time, wounds

وبِذَا قَضيْتُ لَها وكُلُّ مُهَذَّبٍ

وبِذَا قَضيْتُ لَها وكُلُّ مُهَذَّبٍ

إنْ باتَ فِيها صَارَ مِثْليَ قَاضِيا

إنْ باتَ فِيها صَارَ مِثْليَ قَاضِيا

And thus I have ruled in their favor; and every refined man,

Thus have I determined for them, and all who are refined

If he spends the night in them, becomes a judge like me.

If one were to spend the night among them, would become like me, a judge
