وَإنّand indeed مَنْwhoever يَكْتُمُconceals عِلْماًknowledge يَعْلَمُهْhe knows it
وَإنّ مَنْ يَكْتُمُ عِلْماً يَعْلَمُهْ
فَذَاكَthen that person سِيّانِalike وشَخْصٌand a person يَجْهَلُهْis ignorant of it
فَذَاكَ سِيّانِ وشَخْصٌ يَجْهَلُهْ
And indeed, whoever conceals knowledge he knows—
that person and someone ignorant of it are alike.
