مُحَمدُ قَطِّعِ الآمالَ مِمّنْ

مُحَمدُ قَطِّعِ الآمالَ مِمّنْ

تُرَجِّيهِ وَثِقْ باللهِ وَحْده

تُرَجِّيهِ وَثِقْ باللهِ وَحْده

Muhammad, sever your hopes in those

you look to, and trust in God alone.

وإنْ جاءَتْكَ شِدَّاتٌ ثِقالٌ

وإنْ جاءَتْكَ شِدَّاتٌ ثِقالٌ

جَعَلْتَ اللهَ للشِّدات عِدَّه

جَعَلْتَ اللهَ للشِّدات عِدَّه

And if heavy hardships come upon you,

you will make God your support against hardships.
