وَمَنْ يَقُلْ أنا أنا

وَمَنْ يَقُلْ أنا أنا

صَارَ بِذاكَ في العَنا

صَارَ بِذاكَ في العَنا

And whoever says, “I, I,”

Those who say "I, I"

thereby falls into hardship.

Will find themselves in distress

فَفَوِّضِ الأُمُورَا

فَفَوِّضِ الأُمُورَا

ولاتَكُنْ مَغْرورَا

ولاتَكُنْ مَغْرورَا

So entrust your affairs,

So entrust your affairs

and do not be conceited.

And don't be arrogant
