ياO مَنyou who بِحبّthrough love of الإِلَهGod بِالوجدin ecstasy فيهin Him تاهْbecame lost
يا مَن بِحبّ الإِلَه بِالوجد فيه تاهْ
مَنwhoever تاهَbecame lost فيin حبّهHis love فيin قربهHis nearness أَولاهْHe favored him
مَن تاهَ في حبّه في قربه أَولاهْ
O you who, through love of God, are lost in Him in ecstasy.
O you who in love of God has lost yourself
Whoever is lost in His love is favored with nearness to Him.
Whoever loses himself in His love, to Him is drawn near
فَاِنهَضso rise وَقُمand stand فيin الدّجىthe night's darkness أَكثِرْincrease لِذِكرfor remembrance of اللَّهْAllah
فَاِنهَض وَقُم في الدّجى أَكثِرْ لِذِكر اللَّهْ
دَاوِمpersist علىin ذِكرهِHis remembrance صاحيwakeful وَقلand say اللَّهْAllah
دَاوِم على ذِكرهِ صاحي وَقل اللَّهْ
So rise and stand in the night's darkness; remember Allah often.
So arise and stand in the darkness, remember God often
Keep remembering Him, wakeful, and say, 'Allah.'
Be steadfast in remembering Him awake, say "Allah"
