ياO مَنyou who بِحبِّin love of الإِلَهGod مِنbecause of وَجدِهمtheir ecstasy تاهواhave become lost
يا مَن بِحبِّ الإِلَه مِن وَجدِهم تاهوا
هِيمواBe enraptured بِذِكرِin remembrance of الإِلَهGod حيّاكمُmay He bless you اللّهُGod
هِيموا بِذِكرِ الإِلَه حيّاكمُ اللّهُ
O you who, in love of God, have lost yourselves in your ecstasy.
Oh lovers, lost in the love of God, may God give you life
Be enraptured in remembering God; may God bless you.
Wander in remembrance of God, may God give you life
مَنWhoever هامَbecame enraptured فيin ذِكرهِremembrance of Him أَحياهُbrought him to life مَولاهُhis Lord
مَن هامَ في ذِكرهِ أَحياهُ مَولاهُ
دَاوِمPersist علىin ذِكرِهِremembrance of Him صاحيmy friend وقلand say ياO هوHe
دَاوِم على ذِكرِهِ صاحي وقل يا هو
Whoever is enraptured in remembering Him is brought to life by his Lord.
He who becomes absorbed in His remembrance is given life by his Master
Persist in remembering Him, my friend, and say, 'O He!'
Be constant in His remembrance, awake, and say "O He!"
