سِواكَ الحَبيبِ هَنيئاً مَريئاً

سِواكَ الحَبيبِ هَنيئاً مَريئاً

فَأَنتَ شَرِبتَ رضابَ اللّهاةِ

فَأَنتَ شَرِبتَ رضابَ اللّهاةِ

O tooth-stick of the beloved, may your drink be pleasant and wholesome!

Except you, my beloved, joyful, delightful

For you have drunk the saliva of the uvula.

For you have drunk from God's elixir

فَطِرْ بِالسّرورِ وَعُدْ مورقاً يا

فَطِرْ بِالسّرورِ وَعُدْ مورقاً يا

سِواك لِشُرْبِكَ ماءَ الحَياةِ

سِواك لِشُرْبِكَ ماءَ الحَياةِ

So fly with joy and grow leafy again, O

So rejoice and return illuminated, O you

tooth-stick, because you drank the water of life.

Except you, none other has drunk the water of life
