لاno ذَنبَblame للناقِلِon the transmitter الراويthe narrator لَكُمto you (plural) خَبراًa report
لا ذَنبَ للناقِلِ الراوي لَكُم خَبراً
فيماregarding what رَواهُhe related it إِذاif لَمdid not يَصدُقِprove true الخَبرُthe report
فيما رَواهُ إِذا لَم يَصدُقِ الخَبرُ
No blame lies on the transmitter who relates a report to you
The messenger bears no blame for the news he relates,
for what he has related, if the report is not true.
If the news itself be found in the end to be false.
