هَوِّنْEase matters عَلَيكَfor yourself فَإِنّfor indeed اللَّهGod ذوpossessed of كَرمٍgenerosity
هَوِّنْ عَلَيكَ فَإِنّ اللَّه ذو كَرمٍ
فَأَيُّSo what ضيقٍhardship تَراهyou see it غَيرnot مُنفرجِrelieved
فَأَيُّ ضيقٍ تَراه غَير مُنفرجِ
Go easy on yourself, for God is generous.
For what hardship do you see that will not ease?
لاDo not تَختَشِfear الكربَdistress إِنif لَوeven if كانَit were ذاpossessed of عَظمgreatness
لا تَختَشِ الكربَ إِن لَو كانَ ذا عَظم
فَإِنَّFor indeed غايَتهُits outcome واللَّهِby God لِلفَرجِto relief
فَإِنَّ غايَتهُ واللَّهِ لِلفَرجِ
Do not fear distress, even if it be immense.
For its outcome, by God, is relief.
