  1. يا حُسنَها سنّةً بَدَت

    مَيمونَة أَوقاتُها

    Oh, how lovely a year has dawned!

    Auspicious are its times,

  2. وَكَثيرَةٌ وَغَزيرَةٌ

    إِذ أرِّخَت خِبراتُها

    And plentiful and abundant,

    When its experiences were chronicled.
