There the roses stand face-to-face with its daisies,
The rose meets there a face as fair and bright
and its narcissi face its stock flowers, whose fragrance wafts.
The narcissus gazes on that lovely sight

Cheeks have appeared, with mouths opposite them,
Cheeks are revealed, lips are displayed before them
and eyes as well, with fingers facing them.
And eyes as well, to gaze back and adore them
