وَأَخنّ جواظ عُتُلّ بارِدٍ

وَأَخنّ جواظ عُتُلّ بارِدٍ

وَثَقيل ذاتٍ لَيسَ بِالمَحمودِ

وَثَقيل ذاتٍ لَيسَ بِالمَحمودِ

And a nasal-voiced, swaggering fellow, coarse and dull,

And tiresome by nature, not at all praiseworthy.

فَإِذا تَكلّم لا تطيقُ كَلامَهُ

فَإِذا تَكلّم لا تطيقُ كَلامَهُ

وَتَمجّ صَوت المنفخِ المَسدودِ

وَتَمجّ صَوت المنفخِ المَسدودِ

So when he speaks, you cannot bear his speech,

And you loathe the sound of the clogged bellows.
