بِنارِ خُدودِهِ لِلحُسنِ ماء

بِهِ تاهَ الجَمالُ كَذا البَهاءُ

In the fire of his cheeks, Beauty finds water;

In the fire of his cheeks, beauty has water.

In him Beauty glories, and Splendor likewise.

Beauty glories in him, and so does splendor.

فَأَهلَ النّارِ طِيبوا إِنْ ظَمِئتم

فَأَهلَ النّارِ طِيبوا إِنْ ظَمِئتم

فَها في النّارِ لِلظّمآنِ ماءُ

فَها في النّارِ لِلظّمآنِ ماءُ

O people of the Fire, take heart if you thirst—

So, O people of the fire, rejoice if you thirst:

for behold: within the Fire is water for the thirsty.

So behold, in the fire is water for the thirsty.
