وَيَلوحُand becomes apparent مِنكfrom you تَباعدٌkeeping one's distance وَتَجنّبُand avoidance
The bore said, “I see you hate seeing me,
The heavy one said, "I see you despise seeing me,
And your distance and avoidance are plain.”
And you clearly avoid me and keep your distance.
فَأَجَبتُهُso I answered him ماnot أَنتَyou إِلّاbut خُنفساa beetle

So I answered him, “You are nothing but a beetle—
So I answered him, "You're just a beetle,
Neither sniffed nor played with.”
Neither to be smelled nor played with."
