ماnot خالَهhis mole غَيرother than إِنسانٍa person (also an eye’s pupil) بِوَجنَتِهِupon his cheek

مِن حُسنِها قَد تَحلّى الحُسنُ وَاِزدانا
His mole is nothing but a “person” upon his cheek;
From its beauty, beauty itself has become adorned and resplendent.
فَإِنّfor indeed وَجنَتَهُhis cheek الحسناءَthe beautiful قَدindeed جَذَبَتhas drawn
فَإِنّ وَجنَتَهُ الحسناءَ قَد جَذَبَت
إِنسانَthe pupil عَينيmy eye فَكانَand so became الخالُthe mole إِنساناa person (also an eye’s pupil)
إِنسانَ عَيني فَكانَ الخالُ إِنسانا
For his beautiful cheek has drawn
The pupil of my eye, so the mole became a “person.”
