الصبر ثوى لما حجبوا

بدراً قد أذاب هواه الحشى

Patience lay dead when they veiled

قولوا لهموا ما قصد هموا

وهواه لقلب الصب حشى

قلبي قلق جسمي شحب

ما بهما قسراً رقشا
