She leaned coquettishly, and her hair tumbled down,
Her tresses softly fell, enchantingly,
Like the dark night, or its likeness.
As darkest night, or its resemblance be.

And we kept watching for the full moon of the darkness,
The moon of dusk we waited to behold
Until the full moon shone forth from her face.
Until the moon rose radiant, gracefully.
