بالعيدon the feast ذاكthat man الأنجباthe most noble
بالعيد ذاك الأنجبا
Go, O letter, to congratulate
O book, bring congratulations
that most noble man on the feast.
On that most excellent holiday,
وبكلand with every لطفkindness قلsay لهto him
وبكل لطف قل له
حسنHasan يهنيcongratulates الطيباal-Tayyib
حسن يهني الطيبا
And with every kindness, tell him:
And with utmost kindness say to him,
Hasan congratulates al-Tayyib.
Hassan congratulates the good one.
