أَضحى إِمامُ الهُدى المَأمونُ مُشتَغِلاً
بِالدينِin religion وَالناسُand the people بِالدُنياwith worldly life مَشاغيلُpreoccupied
بِالدينِ وَالناسُ بِالدُنيا مَشاغيلُ
The trusted imam of guidance has become absorbed
The guided leader Al-Ma'mun became busy
in religion, while the people are preoccupied with worldly life.
