كالغُصنlike a branch أملدِsupple
كالغُصن أملدِ
In thrall to a graceful youth,
My beloved with supple limbs
Supple as a branch,
Like a swaying branch
يروحُgoes in the evening نحوَهtoward him
يروحُ نحوَه
قلبيmy heart ويغتديand goes in the morning
قلبي ويغتدي
At evening, toward him goes
My heart inclines toward him
My heart, and at morning too.
And exceeds proper bounds
