وكمْand how many فُتِحتْhave been opened أبوابُdoors خيرٍgoodness ونعمةٍand blessing
وكمْ فُتِحتْ أبوابُ خيرٍ ونعمةٍ
وقدand indeed حاولَtried الحُسّادُthe envious بالأمسِyesterday سَدّهاto close them
وقد حاولَ الحُسّادُ بالأمسِ سَدّها
And how many doors of goodness and blessing have been opened,
How many doors of goodness and favor were opened
though the envious tried yesterday to close them.
While the envious tried yesterday to close them
إذاwhen قدّرdecrees الرحمنُthe Most Merciful إِتمامَfulfillment of حاجةٍa need
إذا قدّر الرحمنُ إِتمامَ حاجةٍ
فلاthen not تملكُhas the power to الدنياthe world ولاnor الناسُpeople صَدّهاpreventing it
فلا تملكُ الدنيا ولا الناسُ صَدّها
When the Most Merciful decrees the fulfillment of a need,
If the Merciful decreed the fulfillment of a need
then neither the world nor people can prevent it.
