وَهَبتكُ هَذا الجزءَ فَاِنعم بوصلهِ

وَهَبتكُ هَذا الجزءَ فَاِنعم بوصلهِ

وَلولاكَ لَم أسمح بفرقة مثلهِ

وَلولاكَ لَم أسمح بفرقة مثلهِ

I have given you this volume; delight in its company.

I grant you this part, so delight in joining it

Were it not for you, I would not have consented to part with its like.

And were it not for you, I'd not allow a separation like it

فَخُذه على اِسم اللّه مُنتفعاً بهِ

فَخُذه على اِسم اللّه مُنتفعاً بهِ

وَما هوَ إلّا الشكل ضمّ لشكلهِ

وَما هوَ إلّا الشكل ضمّ لشكلهِ

So take it in God's name, benefiting from it.

So take it in God's name, benefiting from it

And it is nothing but like joined to its like.

It is but a form, containing its form
