وَجبّةٍand a robe لَهاit has لونa color
وَجبّةٍ لَها لون
يَروقُdelights العينَthe eye إِشراقُهits radiance
يَروقُ العينَ إِشراقُه
And a robe with a color
A dish with a color
whose radiance delights the eye,
That delights the eye is its glow
كَعظمٍlike a bone أُصلِيَwas exposed to ناراًfire
كَعظمٍ أُصلِيَ ناراً
وَلَمand not يتمّbe completed إِحراقُهits burning
وَلَم يتمّ إِحراقُه
like a bone exposed to fire
Like a bone set aflame
yet not completely burned.
Yet its burning was left undone
