A reign through which the two Wests gained

an honor the two Easts never possessed.

How could a hand not reach out from it,

when, in the two Mustafas, it has two hands?

So one hand from Mustafa is for bounty,

and one hand from Mustafa is for the spearpoint.

Thus the two, on the day of battle and hospitality,

have within them two gushing springs.

And whenever they gather in an assembly,

the two seas are set flowing, meeting one another.

    They took their namesake's counsel

as a dividing barrier; neither transgresses.

May they ever remain sharp swords in the right hands of faith,

and bountiful seas in the left hands of affluence.
