مَنwhoever ظَنَّthinks بِاللَهِof God خَيراًwell جادَgives generously مُبتَدِئاًtaking the initiative
مَن ظَنَّ بِاللَهِ خَيراً جادَ مُبتَدِئاً
وَالبُخلُand stinginess مِنfrom سوءِbadness ظَنِّopinion المَرءِa person's بِاللَهِof God
وَالبُخلُ مِن سوءِ ظَنِّ المَرءِ بِاللَهِ
Whoever thinks well of God gives generously without being asked.
Whoever thinks good of Allah, He will be generous from the start
And stinginess stems from a person's poor opinion of God.
And stinginess comes from the person's ill thoughts of Allah
