يَقطَعُhe cuts off كَفَّthe hand of القاذِفِthe slanderer المُفتَريthe liar
يَقطَعُ كَفَّ القاذِفِ المُفتَري
وَيجلِدُand he lashes اللِصَّthe thief الثَمانيناeighty
وَيجلِدُ اللِصَّ الثَمانينا
He cuts off the hand of the lying slanderer,
It cuts off the slanderer's impudent hand,
and gives the thief eighty lashes.
And whips the thief eighty times.
