أياO رافعExalter ارفعنيraise me بعلمٍthrough knowledge وبالتقىand through piety
أيا رافع ارفعني بعلمٍ وبالتقى
وعنّيَand from me ظلماًinjustice فارفعنْهso do lift it away أرافعُO Exalter
وعنّيَ ظلماً فارفعنْه أرافعُ
O Exalter, raise me through knowledge and piety.
O Lifter, lift me with knowledge and piety
And do lift injustice from me, O Exalter.
And remove injustice from me, I plead
وياand O واسعBoundless One وسِّعmake abundant لناfor us الرزقthe provision كلَّهُall of it
ويا واسع وسِّع لنا الرزق كلَّهُ
ووسِّعand broaden صدوراًhearts بالعلومthrough knowledge أواسعُO Boundless One
ووسِّع صدوراً بالعلوم أواسعُ
And O Boundless One, make all our provision abundant.
O Expander, expand all sustenance for us
And broaden hearts through knowledge, O Boundless One.
And expand chests with knowledge, I implore
وياand O جامعGatherer اجمعنيgather me معwith الأهلthe family كلهمall of them
ويا جامع اجمعني مع الأهل كلهم
وليand for me فاجمعِso gather الخيراتِgood things كلاًall أجامعُO Gatherer
ولي فاجمعِ الخيراتِ كلاً أجامعُ
And O Gatherer, gather me with all my family.
O Gatherer, gather me with all my loved ones
And gather all good things for me, O Gatherer.
And gather goodness for me, I gather
وياand O مانعُWithholder امنعناprotect us منfrom الشرevil كلِّهِall of it
ويا مانعُ امنعنا من الشر كلِّهِ
ومنand from كلall أعداءٍenemies وضرٍّand harm أمانعُO Withholder
ومن كل أعداءٍ وضرٍّ أمانعُ
And O Withholder, protect us from all evil,
O Preventer, prevent all evil from us
And from all enemies and harm, O Withholder.
And all enemies and harm, I prevent
وياand O نافعBenefactor انفعنيbenefit me بعمريَthrough my life والورىand humankind
ويا نافع انفعني بعمريَ والورى
وللخلقand for creation فاجعلنيso make me نفوعاًgreatly beneficial أنافعُO Benefactor
وللخلق فاجعلني نفوعاً أنافعُ
And O Benefactor, benefit me and humankind through my life.
O Benefactor, benefit me my life and people
And make me of great benefit to creation, O Benefactor.
And make me beneficial for creation, I benefit
وياand O دافعRepeller فادفعso repel عداناour enemies وضرَّهمْand their harm
ويا دافع فادفع عدانا وضرَّهمْ
وعناand from us شروراًevils فادفعنْهاso do repel them أدافعُO Repeller
وعنا شروراً فادفعنْها أدافعُ
And O Repeller, repel our enemies and their harm.
O Repeller, repel our enemies and their harm
And do repel evils from us, O Repeller.
And evil from us, I repel
وياand O سامعHearer فاسمعso hear دعائيmy supplication أجبrespond لهُto it
ويا سامع فاسمع دعائي أجب لهُ
وقوليand my words مسموعاًheard يكونmay be أسامعُO Hearer
وقولي مسموعاً يكون أسامعُ
And O Hearer, hear my supplication and answer it.
O Hearer, hear my prayer and answer it
And may my words be heard, O Hearer.
And make my words heard, I hear
