إِذا ما هَتَفنا هَتفَةً في نَدِيِّنا
أَتاناcome to us الرِجالُthe men الصائِدونَthe proud ones القَساوِرُthe lions (mighty men)
أَتانا الرِجالُ الصائِدونَ القَساوِرُ
Whenever we raise a cry in our assembly,
When we called out in our valley,
The proud, lion-like men come to us.
The harsh, hunting men came to us.
