وَقَدand indeed حَمَلتُكِI have borne you سَبعاًseven years بَعدَafter سَبعيناseventy
وَقَد حَمَلتُكِ سَبعاً بَعدَ سَبعينا
She rose, complaining to me of death, bursting into tears.
She arose complaining, and to me death seemed near,
And I have borne you for seven years beyond seventy.
After seventy years bearing you as a heavy load.
فَإِنso if تُزاديyou are granted more ثَلاثاًthree years تَبلُغيyou will reach أَمَلاًa hoped-for goal
فَإِن تُزادي ثَلاثاً تَبلُغي أَمَلاً

وَفي الثَلاثِ وَفاءِ لِلثَمانينا
So if you are granted three more years, you will reach your goal.
If three more are added, you will reach a hope,
And those three will complete the eighty.
And in those three is loyalty to the eighty.
