إن العشيرة تستثيب بماله
فتغيرand so it raids وهوwhile he موفِّرkeeping intact أموالَهاits wealth
فتغير وهو موفِّر أموالَها
The clan seeks recompense from his wealth,
The clan answers to his wealth
and raids it, while he keeps its wealth intact.
So he changes while hoarding their money
