قدindeed طالماfor so long حُرِمتِyou have been deprived نؤَrainfall الفرغينthe two Farghs (the Spouts, lunar mansions)
قد طالما حُرِمتِ نؤَ الفرغين
O our land, this is the time for you to come alive.
O our land, this is the time for you to come alive,
Long indeed have you been deprived of the rain of the two Farghs.
For so long you have been deprived of joy and happiness.
