بذنبكم حمل الدُّهيم وما يربي
O Hamdan, hold back, lest there come upon your homes at dawn
The dark night lingers, morning will not shine on your homes,
For your wrongdoing, al-Duhaym’s load and something greater still.
For your sin you carry the blame, though you pretend and deny.
